Life often presents choices. Often the most difficult choices are between two very good opportunities. Choosing to face a problem is the first step to taking back control of your life. Do the necessary homework. Plan your work. Work your plan. Listen to your attorney. Eat healthy. Play your favorite sport. Walk. Try yoga. Do one nice thing for yourself each day. If you have trouble sleeping late at night, imagine sitting on the beach sipping a fruity drink with an umbrella in it. When it is all over, really go to the beach, and send your lawyer a postcard.
