Career Development Matters

We want professionals who want to grow and improve every day. Our professional development training program is second to none. Attorneys attend national CLE conferences and the ABA Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute. We have intensive in house seminars for attorneys, paralegals, and law clerks. Some are recorded on DVD. If a particular CLE presentation is on point, we will send our paralegals, too.

Personal Development Matters

On a personal level, we feel very strongly about conservative and responsible personal financial management. So strongly, in fact, that we require all our professionals who have been with us longer than one year to attend Dave Ramsey's 13 week Financial Peace University Workplace Edition program. The firm pays the tuition and our professionals attend programs during office hours.
