To give Jill Lee the title of senior paralegal doesn't really do her justice. Dubbed "den mother" by her office mates, Jill's role at Crone & Mason is far more reaching. With extensive litigation experience, exceptional communication skills and strong intrapersonal skills, Jill is an invaluable asset to the firm.

Not only does Jill support founding partner Miles Mason in all phases of litigation and overall case management, Jill assuages hot tempers and keeps the office spirits up. With over two decades of legal experience, Jill's passion is firmly centered around family law.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Jill and her family came to Memphis in 1999. Jill joined the Crone & Mason team in 2002, after working with a labor and employment law firm. Currently supervising all aspects of case management, Jill's calm demeanor, superb organizational skills and sensitivity make her a powerful client advocate and trusted ally.

"There are a lot of emotions involved with family law cases," Jill says. "As the primary day-to-day contact with the clients, I enjoy helping by listening and working through difficult issues."
