Sally Gates

Sally Gates always knew she wanted to work in a law firm.

But it wasn't until Sally came to Miles Mason Family Law Group that she realized she wanted to work in family law.

A graduate from Auburn University, Sally's coursework there had an emphasis in government, criminal justice and criminology. She returned to the Memphis area after college to be near her family.

Hired by Miles Mason Family Law Group in 2005, Sally has been the beneficiary of the firm's extensive training program.

 "The firm gave me the resources I needed to excel at my job," she says. "The team approach allows everyone in the group to assist with a matter at any given time."

The hands-on experience Sally has solidified her decision to continue in family law. During her tenure at Miles Mason Family Law Group, Sally has developed a firm grasp in all arenas of family law, from supporting senior attorneys in all phases of litigation to drafting discovery requests to preparing direct and cross-examination scripts.

"I enjoy the personal aspect of family law," Sally says.
