Miles Mason, Sr. is a founding member of Crone & Mason, plc, chairs its Family Law Practice Group, and practices out of the firm’s Memphis and Nashville/Brentwood, TN offices. He is past Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Family Law Section, is a former Certified Public Accountant, and served on the Editorial Board of the Tennessee Bar Journal, the monthly publication to 8,800 Tennessee lawyers. He is a prolific author and speaker on divorce litigation by the media, attorneys, forensic accountants, and business valuation experts. Rebecca M. Miller joined the Crone & Mason, plc Family Law Practice Group as a Senior Associate Attorney in 2004 and serves as lead counsel for many family law, divorce, child support, and custody matters. Ms. Miller is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations’ Family Law Sections and serves on several committees. Christina T. Pitts joined the Crone & Mason, plc Family Law Practice Group as an Associate Attorney in 2007 and serves as lead counsel for many family law, divorce, child support, and custody matters. Based in the firm’s Nashville – Brentwood office, Ms. Pitts is a member of the Nashville, Williamson County, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations’ Family Law Sections and serves on several committees. She brings a wealth of experience in complex financial planning. Jill Lee joined the Crone & Mason, plc Family Law Practice Group as a Senior Paralegal in 2002. Jill is married and has two children. With over 20 years legal experience, her primary focus has been in family law. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Jill attended the University of Alabama at Huntsville. She and her family came to Memphis in 1999. Jill understands that listening is the most important fundamental of successful representation. Jill Lee supervises all aspects of case management, acts the primary day to day contact with clients, and coordinates mediation and pre-trial preparation. | |

Originally from Memphis, she graduated high school in Connecticut and attended Auburn University for her undergraduate degree. At Auburn, she played defense for the Auburn Lacrosse team. Lynn Massey joined the Crone & Mason, plc Family Law Practice Group in 2007. Lynn lives with her three dogs and a cat. With over 19 years legal experience, her primary focus has been in family law. Originally from Biloxi, Mississippi, Lynn attended Cornell University and completed three semesters at The University of Texas School of Law. She came to Memphis in 1996. Lynn has strong analytical and organizational skills, and she is good at thinking “outside the box.” As a paralegal, Lynn assists attorneys and clients in all phases of litigation, including initial drafting of pleadings and correspondence and coordinating case preparation and management. | |

Originally from California, Diane graduated with her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from California State University Long Beach. She received her paralegal certificate from the Tennessee Legal Training Center and had 8 years of legal experience. Diane is married and loves to water ski and read. As a paralegal, Diane assists clients and attorneys in the Brentwood, Tennessee office with all phases of litigation by preparing initial drafts of court pleadings and correspondence and coordinating case preparation and management. |

Kelly Nanney joined the Crone & Mason, plc Family Law Practice Group in 2006. A native Memphian, Kelly graduated from Lipscomb University in 2005 with an undergraduate degree in Political Science - Communication. She was her class valedictorian and may apply to attend law school in the near future. Kelly, a Legal Secretary, prepares and manages firm documents, issues and organizes correspondence, assists with document production, case preparation, and research. |

Sharon Mason joined Crone & Mason, plc in 2005. She has a finance degree from Memphis State University and brings substantial accounting and financial reporting experience. On a project basis, Sharon assists representation by creating, managing, and analyzing financial transaction data bases and document management in complex matters. | |

James J. Webb joined the Crone & Mason, plc as a Senior Associate in 1997. Jim obtained his undergraduate and Masters degree in English at Louisiana State University and obtained his law degree from the University of Memphis. After law school, Jim served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Holly K. Lillard of the Tennessee Court of Appeals. In addition to other representation for Crone & Mason, plc, Jim Webb supervises legal research, appellate practice, and drafting and reviewing of important legal briefs and pleadings. | |
